Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of purchasing BajaBoard products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by BajaBoard. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

If any BajaBoard product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, BajaBoard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BajaBoard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BajaBoard will issue you either a refund or a store credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

BajaBoard uses its best endeavours to display BajaBoard products as accurately as possible. The displayed colors of any product will depend upon the monitor of the user and BajaBoard cannot guarantee that your monitor's color display. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes (duties, VAT etc) in the purchaser’s shipping destination. These are to be paid by the purchaser and are not included in the shipping cost.

The contract of sale shall be construed in accordance with the law of the Victoria, Australia.
