Return & Refund Policy
Section A - Merchandise Return
Merchandise refers to BajaBoard branded clothing items and stickers.
You may return merchandise goods within 7 days of delivery - provided that the goods are not damaged and are return in original packaging. If you are returning an item of clothing due to incorrect size, BajaBoard will exchange for the correct size at no charge. You agree to bear any shipping costs in returning the goods.
For these returns, BajaBoard will provide you with a refund of the paid amount, minus any payment processing fees applied by our service providers.
Section B - Board Cancellation & Return
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, you may request cancellation of an order within 24hrs of order placement. Refund will be provided minus a 3.7% processing fee. If you decide to cancel your order beyond 24hrs, only 85% of the order value will be refundable on cancellation.
If you wish to cancel the order once you have received the board, or as the board is on its way to you, you must first return the board to us. You are responsible for bearing your own shipping costs, and you agree to cover BajaBoard's board shipping costs. If the board is returned in a used or damaged state, we reserve the right to offer a proportional refund at our discretion.
If the board encounters technical issues, we will gladly address it with you as per our warranty conditions. We will not accept returns unless all reasonable endeavours have been first made to resolve the issue first.
Should you wish to return the board, you agree to bear the cost of return shipping. If the board has been used, we reserve the right to deduct amounts for wear and tear, and/or for broken parts on the board.
We do not accept returns for "change of mind".
